Willa McCaffrey-Noviss, MEd, RP

Willa McCaffrey-Noviss is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and graduate of the University of Toronto Master of Education Counselling and Psychotherapy program. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from Mount Allison University, with research and internship experience in hospice palliative care. Willa also completed a Certificate in Sex Therapy from the University of Guelph in 2021 and a Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from the SickKids Learning Institute in 2022.

Willa works with individuals, couples, and polyamorous constellations of all genders and sexualities to foster and support relational satisfaction. At the heart of her therapeutic philosophy is a fundamental belief in the powerful impact of therapy to help people heal and grow.

Willa has worked in the areas of aging, dying, and terminal illnesses; addiction; anxiety; Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD); depression; relationship changes; sexual assault; and trauma recovery. Her clinical orientation includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Psychotherapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic.

Willa is currently available for virtual sessions on Wednesdays and Thursdays
